Lightning Tracker does not create a standalone username/password account. The app may still process device-linked data such as push tokens, optional analytics identifiers, and subscription profile references.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the address you want us to use for the request.
- Include your device platform (iPhone or Android), approximate install date, and the country of your App Store or Play Store account if you purchased Premium.
- We will remove the cloud-side identifiers and confirm completion by email.
What happens after deletion
- Push notifications for that device stop once the stored token is removed.
- Optional analytics linked to that device is disabled and we erase identifiers we control.
- Store purchase history remains governed by Apple App Store or Google Play and cannot be deleted by us.
Faster local steps
- Turn off analytics in the app under Settings → Privacy.
- Uninstall the app to invalidate the current push token on the device.
- Cancel subscriptions from the App Store or Google Play if you no longer want renewal billing.
